IReactiveUIBindingBuilder WithCoreServices()
Summary: Registers the core ReactiveUI.Binding services (INPC/POCO observation, default converters). Hides WithCoreServices to return IReactiveUIBindingBuilder for fluent chaining.
Returns: IReactiveUIBindingBuilder -- The builder instance for chaining.
