Summary: Sets the dependency resolver to be used by the application.
Parameters

Remarks
Call this method at application startup to configure the global dependency resolver.
Subsequent calls will replace the existing resolver. Inside a WithResolver scope the new resolver is
confined to the calling async flow and is discarded when that scope ends.
