Summary: Configures the non-generic suspension host for application lifecycle management. Creates a default ISuspensionHost instance if not explicitly provided.

Returns: IReactiveUIBuilder -- The builder instance for chaining.

Summary: Configures a typed suspension host for application lifecycle management. Creates a ISuspensionHost instance configured for the specified app state type.
