`beforeChanged`	bool	If true, indicates the caller requests notifications before the property value changes. If false, indicates after-change notifications.

Returns: int -- A positive integer if supported; zero or a negative value otherwise.

Remarks

        This fallback returns a very low affinity to ensure it is only used when no more specific implementation applies.
